There is no doubt that natural or organic skin care have become the buzz words in the market today. Natural anti aging treatments along with various organic products enjoy huge demand and popularity. The market allows you today to choose from an assortment of organic skin care products and natural treatment concepts. Unfortunately, the demand has given birth to a number of fake products that can confuse customers to differentiate between the good and the bad.

Nevertheless, beauty has become a predominant factor affecting your personality and definitely your confidence. Going to beauty parlors or purchasing costly cosmetics is not the only way to maintain a growing skin. Here are some effective natural skin care remedies that can help you to keep your skin healthy and beautiful.

• Fruits and vegetables are a very good source of minerals and vitamins that should be included in your meal and can relieve constipation. Flushing out toxins from your body can clear your skin as well as your system. French beans, jackfruit, grapes, drumsticks, figs, peaches are some of the examples.

• Maintain a protein rich diet along with high proteins. Foods like barley and maize, dried peas. Whole grains are some of the examples.

• Avoid sugar as much as you can, or consume them in limited amounts. Try to avoid high carbohydrate rich foods such as cakes, cookies, potatoes, jams, sweet potatoes and syrups. All of these can lead you to obesity.

Along with this diet try to include a dry brush exfoliation in the morning before you take a shower. This eliminates the dead skin from your body and improves the blood circulation. The gentle pressure applied by this process also relaxes the nervous system which in turn gives you soft glowing skin.
